Wells Fargo Cardless ATM Transactions

Wells Fargo & Co announced yesterday that starting this Monday their depositors can now withdraw using their smartphones at any branded ATM which is available on both IOS and Android. It is available on any of their 13,000 cash machines but with a catch. First, your smartphone can’t be used to open the security doors of some branches used to protect their ATM and second, this feature is intended only for emergencies.

Codes are requested via the Wells Fargo app so that it can be used as a pin code every time you withdraw but it can only be used once. A later update may remove this one time code and giving the consumer to use it on demand.
